1. Who we are

This website, mspv.group, is run by MSPV Group, which has two companies:

• MSPV Global Services Private Limited (CIN U78300UP2025PTC224455), which handles job applications, CVs, staffing enquiries and registrations from service suppliers.
• MSPV Global Traders Private Limited (CIN U46901UP2025PTC227088), which handles trading enquiries, quotes and registrations from product suppliers.

Registered office: C/O Sarthak Promoters, E-23, Sector 3, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. In this policy, "MSPV", "we" and "us" mean the company that receives your information.

We handle personal information in line with Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number with country code and, for businesses, your company name.
• Job applications: the role you are applying for, industry, experience, preferred location, whether you hold a passport, your passport details (number, place and country of issue, and issue and expiry dates) if you choose to give them, your CV, and anything else you write in the form.
• Trade enquiries: the product, quantity, origin, destination, terms and other details you send us.
• Supplier registrations: company details, the contact person's name and contact details, registrations and licences (such as GSTIN, IEC or RC number), products or trades, capacity, and any catalogue or company profile you upload.
• Technical information: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit) to keep the website secure and running.

If your CV is shortlisted, we will ask for further documents at the time of your interview, such as government ID proof (Aadhaar Card and PAN Card) and your passport. Educational certificates and experience letters are requested during or after CV selection, as the client requires. Bank details for salary are needed only after selection. We collect these directly from you, not through this website.

Cookies: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and supply goods or services.
• To assess your job application and match you with suitable roles in India and abroad.
• To assess supplier registrations, and to send supplier enquiries and purchase orders.
• To arrange interviews, offer letters, visas, emigration clearance, medical tests and travel for selected candidates.
• To keep records required by law, and to prevent fraud and misuse of our name.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We contact you about jobs only from hr@mspv.group, about supplies and purchase orders only from purchase@mspv.group, and with quotations, proposals and prices only from sales@mspv.group.

4. Who we share it with

• Employers in India and abroad who are hiring for a role that matches your profile.
• Government bodies and official agencies involved in visas and emigration, such as embassies, consulates, the eMigrate system, approved medical centres and travel providers, for selected candidates.
• Service providers who help us run our business, such as our web host and email provider, who must keep it confidential.
• Authorities, where the law or a court order requires it.

5. Sending information outside India

For jobs abroad, we send your details to employers and authorities in the destination country, for example Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Qatar. Data protection laws there may differ from India's. We share only what is needed for the role you applied for.

6. How long we keep it

We keep CVs and job applications for up to 2 years so we can consider you for future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We keep enquiry and business records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements.

7. How we protect it

The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Only staff who need your information can access it, and our mailboxes are password protected. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it; or
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent. This does not affect what we did before, but we may no longer be able to consider you for jobs.

9. Children

This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly accept job applications from people under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
