The information here is for general purposes. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but services, figures, products and job openings can change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract. A quote, offer letter or agreement is binding only when we confirm it in writing.
3. Job openings and applications
- Listing a job, or receiving your application, does not guarantee you a job. Selection depends on the employer, interviews or trade tests, documents, medical fitness and visa approval.
- We do not charge any fee to apply, to register, to be shortlisted or for an interview.
- You must give true and complete information and upload only your own documents. We may reject applications with false information or documents.
4. Using the website properly
Do not misuse this website. For example, do not upload harmful files, send spam, pretend to be someone else, or try to break into or disrupt the website.
5. Our name and content
The MSPV name and logo, and the text, design and images on this website, belong to MSPV Group. Do not copy or use them without our written permission.
6. Links to other websites
Links to other websites, such as government portals, are given for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
7. Official communication
MSPV sends official messages only from these email addresses:

8. Fake offers using our name

This website is provided "as is". It may sometimes be unavailable. As far as the law allows, MSPV is not liable for any indirect loss arising from your use of this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
